  • Melon - 200 g
  • Ginger (ground) - 5 g
  • Chili pepper - 5 g
  • Sauce (oyster) - 30 ml

How to cook melon carpaccio with shrimp step by step with photos


To cook this dish we need king prawns that we will peel, leaving small tails.

Marinate the shrimp in ginger and chili pepper. They'll be spicy, just scalding. That's what we need.

We fry them in a pan or on the grill until they're golden. You can put a little oil on it if you're not sure about the pan coating.

Make a carpaccio out of the melon, and slice it as thin as you can.

Top with shrimp and drizzle with oyster sauce. An incredible appetizer that combines sweet, savory and salty.
