How to cook melon carpaccio with shrimp step by step with photos
To cook this dish we need king prawns that we will peel, leaving small tails. |
Marinate the shrimp in ginger and chili pepper. They'll be spicy, just scalding. That's what we need. |
We fry them in a pan or on the grill until they're golden. You can put a little oil on it if you're not sure about the pan coating. |
Make a carpaccio out of the melon, and slice it as thin as you can. |
Top with shrimp and drizzle with oyster sauce. An incredible appetizer that combines sweet, savory and salty. |
