Mimosa Snack

Every housewife has, at least once in her life, made a salad "Mimosa", I propose to serve this salad in a new way. It looks bright, original and festive on the table!
Ingredients for appetizer "mimosa":

Mayonnaise

2 tablespoon

Dill

How to cook appetizer "mimosa" step by step with photos

Boil rice in salted water, rinse and strain. Boil eggs, cool, peel, separate white from yolk. |

Grate egg white. |
|
Grate egg yolk on a fine grater. |
|
Pour the oil from the tinned fish into a bowl. Crush the fish with a fork. |
|
Mix fish with rice, grated egg whites and oil from fish, add mayonnaise. Add oil from canned fish, making sure it is thick enough to stick into balls. |
|
Shape into balls and roll in egg yolk. |
