  • Squid (mini squids)
  • Cheese curd (Crème-Cheese, I took Almette with horseradish)
  • Chicken egg - 6 pcs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Red caviar - 6 teaspoon

How to cook mini calamari with caviar stuffed with egg salad step by step with photos


Peel mini calamari, boil about 2 minutes. Mix eggs, crème-cheese and mayonnaise in arbitrary proportions so that they are not too runny, then fill calamari with chopped egg salad. Put in fridge to freeze. Before serving cut lengthways into circles, put a spoonful of red caviar on top of the calamari.
