  • Mussels (I have frozen) - 300 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • White dry wine - 2 tablespoon
  • Rosemary - 1 twig.
  • Thyme - 1 twig.
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Tomato - 3 pcs
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

How to cook mussels in tomato-garlic sauce step by step with photos

1. Chop tomatoes in random slices and puree with blender. Put them into a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer. Strain through a sieve, season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Heat the oil in a pan, add the rosemary and thyme. Then add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.

3. Then add wine and simmer it down for a minute. Then add mussels and fry for 1 minute.

4. Then add tomato sauce. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes and the mussels are done.
