Ingredients for herring "mustard-dill":


  • Herring - 2 pcs
  • Mustard (2 tbsp.l. sturdy and 1 tbsp.l. French) - 3 tablespoon
  • Sugar (without sprinkles) - 1 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar (optional) - 1 teaspoon
  • Sunflower oil (TM "Oleina") - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 2 g
  • Dill - 1 bunch.

How to cook herring "mustard and dill" step by step with photos


Large herrings - two pieces weighed over a kilo

To assemble ingredients

Divide the fish into fillets, wash, remove bones

Mix crumbled ingredients, mustard, add sunflower oil TM "Oleina", Mix well

Shred dill, mix with the mixture

Cut the filet into pieces and spread sauce on it

Put it in a tray and leave in fridge for 12 hours

After 12 hours take it out and enjoy!
