This great recipe was shared with me by an acquaintance of mine.

Ingredients for Shrimp Noodles:

How to cook shrimp in noodles step by step with photos

Peel the shrimp from the shell, leaving the tail. Pour soy sauce and leave for 20 minutes. |

Pour boiling water over the noodles. |
|
Put shrimp on paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Wrap each shrimp with noodles and fry in plenty of oil for about 2 minutes until the noodles get golden color. |

Sprinkle the almonds over the noodles.
