Ingredients for Shrimp Noodles:


  • Shrimp (boiled, not peeled) - 0.5 kg
  • Noodles (instant noodles) - 100 g
  • Soy sauce - 4 tablespoon
  • Almonds - 10 pcs
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

How to cook shrimp in noodles step by step with photos


Peel the shrimp from the shell, leaving the tail. Pour soy sauce and leave for 20 minutes.

Pour boiling water over the noodles.

Put shrimp on paper towels to remove excess moisture. Wrap each shrimp with noodles and fry in plenty of oil for about 2 minutes until the noodles get golden color.

Sprinkle the almonds over the noodles. Enjoy the wonderful taste of a delicious appetizer!
