  • Potatoes (boiled) - 1 pc
  • Crab Sticks - 2 pcs
  • Corn (canned) - 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic (more if desired) - 1 clove
  • Hard cheese (grated) - 2 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 1 bunch.

How to cook appetizer "nostalgia" step by step with photos


Grind crab sticks, potatoes and corn in a meat grinder.

Add minced garlic and soy sauce.

Add grated cheese and mayonnaise and mix well.

Form the lettuce into balls. Finely chop leeks and roll in it. Place on a plate and serve.
