We love having guests, but most of the time it's just a quiet get-together with friends who can come to our house anytime, without even telling us. That's when this simple appetizer comes in handy, while everything else is being done.

Ingredients for snack "for one":


  • Rice - 40 g
  • Cucumber (fresh) - 150 g
  • Ginger (pickled) - 15 g
  • Fish (salted) - 60 g
  • Tofu - 80 g
  • Dill (fresh) - 10 g
  • Mayonnaise (lean) - 50 g
  • Salt (to taste)

How to cook appetizer "for one toot" Step by step with photos


First prepare the ingredients: Wash and dice the cucumber, boil the rice as directed, chop the dill, and finely dice the salted fish.

Place cucumber slices on a plate and ginger on top of each one.

Mix the rice, fish (my own salted trout), dill, tofu, and mayonnaise. Spoon a teaspoonful of the mixture onto the cucumbers. Serve.
