Onigiri with trout

Onigiri (Japanese. お 395;ぎ& ;#12426; (御&#Onigiri) is a Japanese dish made of unleavened rice molded into a triangular or circular shape. Stuffing is usually put in onigiri and wrapped in sheets of dried nori seaweed.
Ingredients for trout onigiri:

How to cook onigiri with trout step by step with photos

Rinse rice well. Boil about 1 cup rice to 2 cups water. Cover and leave on a low heat at the end of boiling. |

Let the rice soak in all the water, keeping the shape of the rice puffs. Let the rice cool. |

Use scissors to cut the nori into strips. |

Cut the trout into small cubes. |
|
Prepare ingredients and a bowl of water. |
|
Dip hands in cold water. Take a piece of rice, make a cavity, stuff and shape into a ball. Wrap a strip of nori roughly facing inward. |

I sprinkled a little salt because the rice is bland for me.
