Oriental Marinated Fish

Wonderful fish. Goes great with hot potatoes or on a sandwich with hot coffee. Help yourself.
Ingredients for Oriental marinated fish:

(fresh, grated)

1/2 teaspoon

Ajika
(dry)

Make marinade first. Mix everything except the fish in a glass or porcelain bowl until smooth. |

Cut the salmon filet into 7-10 mm thick slices. |
|
Pour the marinade over the fish, stir it and leave it in the fridge for 24 hours. The fish is delicious, but the color depends on the color of fish and honey. |
