How to cook salmon "oriental" step by step with photos

1. Remove skin and bones from salmon. Cut into 1-1.5 cm cubes. |

2. Pour Kikkoman sauce over the salmon slices, add lemon juice and honey. Leave it to marinate for about 20-30 minutes. |

3. Thread the salmon slices on skewers and dip them in sesame seeds. |
