Ingredients for pickled bream:

  • Black pepper
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoon
  • Vinegar - 2 tablespoon
  • Onions - 2 pcs
  • Salt
  • Fish (bream - I took half a sirloin.) - 1 piece

How to cook pickled bream step by step with photos

Here is a bream)))

Remove the head, tail and backbone (I leave it for the fish soup). We get such sirloin :)

Wash and salt the fish to taste. Do not spare the salt. Let stand for 3 hours.

Rinse and pepper the fish (add spices for fish if you want). Cut onion into half rings

Layer layers in the jar: onions, fish, etc. д.

Add 2 tablespoon vinegar

Add 3 tablespoon vegetable oil

Cover and put in the fridge. I make it in the evening and it's ready in the morning. Bon appétit!!! :)
