  • Mackerel - 2 kg
  • Salt (0,5 cup) - 100 ml
  • Sauce (Teriyaki TM Kikkoman) - 100 ml
  • Onions - 5 units
  • Allspice - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 500 ml

How to cook pickled mackerel from Suzdal step by step with photos


Peel mackerel of all guts and heads.

Add salt to 500 ml of water and heat until the salt dissolves. Add marinade sauce.

Pour the marinade over the mackerel and leave in a cool place for 8 hours.

Cut the fish into slices. Peel and cut the onion into thin slices. Grind the pepper in a mortar.

Place in jar: Mackerel

Sprinkle with pepper

Then the onions

Mackerel again... pepper.. onions And pour odorless vegetable oil all over it.
