- Olive oil (or any odorless vegetable oil) - 50 ml
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon
- Bay leaf - 1 pc
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Dill (finely chopped herbs) - 1 teaspoon
- Cilantro (finely chopped greens) - 1 teaspoon
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (ground, to taste)
