  • Squid - 500 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Lemon - 1 pc
  • Chili pepper - 1 pc
  • Parsley (a few sprigs) - to taste
  • Tomato sauce (sweet, spoonful without a spoonful) - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon

How to cook pickled calamari step by step with photos


Remove the zest of the lemon with a fine grater. Slice the chili pepper, remove the seeds, cut into half rings. Grate garlic on a coarse grater. Finely chop parsley. We add tomato sauce, sugar, oil and lemon juice and mix it all in a bowl
