Fillet

  • Fish Fillet - 1 kg

Marinade

  • Vegetable oil (should cover the fish) - 1 glass
  • Salt (per 1 kg of filet) - 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar (per 1 kg of fillet) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook lightly salted red fish step by step with photos


Take chilled fish (salmon or humpback salmon). Peel. Cut backbone. Cut into pieces.

Making the sauce: Mix salt and sugar. We take slices, put them in a saucepan and pour this mixture over.

Put all the pieces in a pot, put it in a cold place (mine is in the fridge) for 24 hours. After 24 hours put in jars and fill with refined oil.
