Quick salted red fish

This version without vinegar and lemon juice. Easy to cook.

How to cook lightly salted red fish step by step with photos

Take chilled fish (salmon or humpback salmon). Peel. Cut backbone. Cut into pieces. |

Making the sauce: Mix salt and sugar.
We take slices, put them in a saucepan and pour this mixture over. |
|
Put all the pieces in a pot, put it in a cold place (mine is in the fridge) for 24 hours.
After 24 hours put in jars and fill with refined oil.
