  • Salmon (Lightly salted or other fish) - 150 g
  • Hard cheese - 50 g
  • Cream cheese - 100 g
  • Cream (I have rustic) - 50 g
  • Greens (I have frozen dill and parsley mix) - to taste
  • Salt (I didn't salt) - to taste
  • Lemon juice (and zest for serving)

What we need to prepare

Line the tins with cling film

Place the fish strips crosswise so that the edges hang down.

Grate hard cheese on a fine grater

Mix hard and soft cheese, herbs, salt if needed, and add cream until soft but thick.

Spoon the cheese mixture into the molds, pressing down gently

Place the ends of the fish on the stuffing, pinch it and leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, better overnight. Before serving, gently shake out of the forms, take away the foil, sprinkle with lemon juice and decorate with lemon peel
