Red fish curd snack

A very tender appetizer. Quick to make and fast to eat! Enjoy it!
Ingredients for the snack curd with red fish:

How to cook red fish curd snack step by step with photos

Soak gelatin in a glass of water. |

Finely chop the fish, bell peppers and dill. |
|
Prepare cottage cheese with garlic. |
|
In a blender whisk cottage cheese, garlic and gelatin. Season to taste. Pour half of it in, add curry and whisk for a few seconds more. |
|
Pour the white part into a mould and leave it in the fridge until it hardens completely. |
|
Add fish, dill and pepper to curry curd mixture, mix and pour it on hardened white part. Let it set in the cold again and wait until it hardens. |
|
Then we take it out of the form, cut it up, decorate and serve! We can also serve it as a cake! Very tasty!!! |
