Ingredients for Of red fish:


  • Fish (red fish, I used coho.) - 150 g
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Carrots (medium) - 1 pc
  • Vinegar (table) - 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Hot red pepper (ground, ground) - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 7 tablespoon
  • Salt (topped) - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander (ground)

How to cook "hee" red fish step by step with photos


Rinse the fish, cut into small pieces.

Sprinkle with salt and sugar and stir. Let it rest for an hour in the refrigerator.

Slice onion.

Grate carrots.

Add vinegar, vegetables, coriander to fish.

Crush garlic, add pepper and pour hot oil over it.
