Red Fish Snack

Here is a recipe for a tasty and fast snack.
Ingredients for snack "red fish":

Fish fillet

Cream cheese

4-5 tablespoon

Bread

Butter

Lemon

Greens

Cut the fish fillets into small pieces. |

The cream cheese and horseradish I had was like this. |
|
Combine the cheese, horseradish and fish. Stir well. Taste.
I added a little more (0.5 teaspoon) horseradish. |

Make balls of this mixture. |

Cut circles out of bread with a glass (shot glass) and smear them with butter.
In the beginning I made round slices, but then I got bored and just cut the bread into squares. |
|
Place a cheese-fish ball on each slice of bread. |
|
Decorate with lemon slices and greens.
