  • Fish fillet (red fish) - 200 g
  • horseradish (white) - 1 teaspoon
  • Cream cheese - 4-5 tablespoon
  • Bread (black)
  • Butter
  • Lemon

How to cook appetizer "red fish" step by step with photos


Cut the fish fillets into small pieces.

The cream cheese and horseradish I had was like this.

Combine the cheese, horseradish and fish. Stir well. Taste. I added a little more (0.5 teaspoon) horseradish.

Make balls of this mixture.

Cut circles out of bread with a glass (shot glass) and smear them with butter. In the beginning I made round slices, but then I got bored and just cut the bread into squares.

Place a cheese-fish ball on each slice of bread.
