Red fish timbale with caviar

Gorgeous holiday dish that will surprise you with its delicate flavor! I recommend to try it!
Ingredients for red fish timbale with caviar:

How to cook red fish timbale with caviar step by step with photos

Take fresh fish, take it off bones, dice it and |

Fry in a pan without oil, let cool. |
|
Cut slightly salted salmon into small pieces, mix it with fried fish and grind in a blender. |
|
Add shredded dill, lemon juice, cream and pepper (to taste) to the shredded mixture and beat until smooth. |
|
Mousse in cling film and then spread out the mousse, followed by the red caviar and a layer of mousse again.
Put in the fridge for 5-6 hours (overnight is better). |
|
After that take out of the forms, decorate with shrimps. |
