  • Quail egg (boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Fish caviar / Caviar (canned cod) - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce / Lettuce (to serve)

How to cook Rice and Cod Caviar Appetizer Salad step by step with photos

Boil the rice according to package directions - 15 minutes;

Dice celery, cucumber and bell pepper, add chopped dill and rice;
