Salad balls with cod liver

Salad balls are a simple and delicious cod liver appetizer that is very easy to make. I recommend this tasty appetizer for those who love fish.
Ingredients for cod liver salad balls

Cod Liver
(230 g)

Chicken egg

2 pcs

Hollandaise cheese

50 g
-
Parsley
-
1 bunch.

Sesame

3 tablespoon
-
Soy sauce
(Kikkoman TM)

2 tablespoon
How to cook cod liver salad balls step by step with photos

Wash and peel potatoes, boil until tender. When cool, grate them on a coarse shredding drum. |
|
Open the can of cod liver and drain off all the liquid. Mash it with a fork and add it to the potatoes. |
|
Then add the cheese (grated on a fine grater). |
|
Then add boiled eggs, grated with a fine grater and finely chopped herbs. |
|
Mix all the ingredients and add the soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Mix well again. |
|
Then form small balls out of the mass by your hands. |
|
Fry sesame on a dry (!!!) pan. |
|
Dust the balls with sesame seeds. |
