Ingredients for Salmon and Mango Tartare:


  • Rice (Indica from "Mistral") - 100 g
  • Mango - 50 g
  • Salmon (lightly salted) - 50 g
  • Red onions - 50 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Tabasco (drops) - 3 units
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

How to cook salmon and mango tartare step by step with photos


For the rice paddy, it's best to use white long-grain rice. Boil it according to package directions

Finely dice lightly salted salmon, red onion and mango

Mix the ingredients together and season with salt, freshly ground pepper, lemon juice, a few drops of Tabasco and drizzle with olive oil

Place the rice, cooled a little, over a serving ring and then arrange the tartar. Carefully remove the ring. Garnish with mango slices and mint leaves. Top with another half turn of freshly ground pepper for beauty
