  • Wheat Flour / Flour - 150 g
  • Dough leavening agent - 1 teaspoon
  • Salmon (smoked) - 150 g
  • Canned fish (salmon) - 1 can.
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml
  • Milk (warm) - 120 ml
  • Chicken egg - 3 units
  • Dill - 2 tablespoon
  • Onions - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 0.5 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Hard cheese - 100 g

How to cook salmon bread step by step with photos


Preheat oven to 200 C Cut smoked salmon into small pieces

Remove canned salmon from liquid and finely crush it with a fork. Combine flour, baking powder, grated cheese, both salmon, pepper, dill and onion in a bowl.

Whisk milk and eggs, add oil and whisk well. Add ingredients from another container, mix well. Pour into a terrine dish.

Bake for about 40-50 minutes, depending on the oven. My oven is a headache, so it bakes longer - 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Well, this is a tasty loaf!
