How to cook salmon appetizer with cucumbers step by step with photos

The ratios are arbitrary, so I don't list the number of ingredients.
Slice cucumber (not too thin). |
|
Cut the grapefruit into slices and put them on a plate. |
|
Wrap the cucumbers with the salmon slices. Ideally the slices would be pretty wide, but mine were a bit too narrow.
Place them nicely on top of the grapefruit. |
|
Mix horseradish and mayonnaise in arbitrary proportions (I like it spicy) and spread the sauce in the middle. Top with a grapefruit slice.
This appetizer is delicious and looks very festive on the table.
Enjoy!! |
