Ingredients for salmon topping with cottage cheese and greens:

  • Trout (lightly salted) - 200 g
  • Cheese - 100 g
  • Crackers - 12 pieces
  • Cucumber (small size) - 1 pc
  • Estragon (fresh) - 50 g
  • Dill (fresh) - 50 g
  • Egg yolk (hard boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

How to cook salmon topping with cottage cheese and greens step by step with photos

Chop fish in freezer for 15-20 minutes, then finely chop and finely chop.

Chop the greens.

Grate cucumber on a coarse grater.
