Marinade

  • Water - 200 ml
  • Mustard (Homemade from TM HAAS) - 1 tablepoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Fennel (1/2 tsp.l.) - to taste
  • Allspice - 5 pieces
  • Black pepper - 5 pcs

How to cook salmon in mustard marinade step by step with photos


Peel the fish, remove the backbones and cut down to the skin into portioned strips. Place in a handy, slightly larger container.

Boil water, add sugar, salt, both types of pepper, fennel (dill seeds), bay leaf, boil for a minute. Let cool to room temperature, add mustard. Stir in .

Pour over fish, cover and leave in cool place for 6 to 12 hours.

Slice fish to serve.
