I'm a big salmon lover, as are all of my family. This time I marinated the salmon in a sauce "Kikkoman". Marinated salmon in sauce will be delicious with or without a side dish.

Ingredients for salmon marinated in soy sauce:

  • Salmon - 600 g
  • Soy sauce (Kikkoman) - 6 tablespoon
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Lemon juice (to taste)

How to cook salmon marinated in soy sauce step by step with photos

Cut salmon into small pieces.

Put the salmon slices in a bowl, season with salt to taste and pour Kikkoman sauce over it. Stir well, cover and leave in the fridge for a few hours. I marinaded the salmon in the morning before work with salt and sauce. When I got home, my son had already made a mashed potatoes and yams with turmeric and butter on the milk.

Squeeze the juice of a lemon and stir in the salmon before serving the fish.

Plate the mashed potatoes and fish. I put cucumbers cut into rings, a few olives and a couple of lettuce leaves.

I put finely chopped onions on the fish.

I cut the lemon rings in half and rolled them up into a funnel. I put salmon roe in the center. Modest and delicious! !!!
