  • Cucumber - 2 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 pc
  • Dill - 5 g
  • Salt

How to cook salmon mousse on vegetable mats step by step with photos


Boil fish, separate meat from bones and skin.

Process fish in a blender, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

Add dill and mix everything.

Cut strips of cucumber and carrot with a vegetable peeler.

Make mats like this out of the strips.
