  • Salt (and sugar to taste, for pancakes)

How to cook salmon pancakes step by step with photos


Mix all ingredients for pancakes to make sure there are no lumps. Add some boiling water to the batter and mix well. The batter should be neither too thick nor too runny. It should spread evenly in a pan, so that it comes off well. Make pancakes.
