Salted Herring

Cooked Pickled Herring

Nutritional Value

My dad and I have a long tradition of eating herring and potatoes every Saturday... But, as you know, the problem of a quick breakfast is no less pressing. My wife and I adore fish in any guise (I, in general, like stroganina from muksun!). And the fish for breakfast - just BEAUTIFUL. I have a lot of phosphorus and pleasant sensations!
