How to cook salted mackerel step by step with photos

I've been using this recipe for a long time but there are no step-by-step photos.
Clean the fish, remove everything from the belly, cut into pieces and sprinkle each piece with salt. Put in a container and leave for the night in a cool place.
In the morning wash and dress with a mixture of vegetable oil and vinegar, add spices, chopped onion. Let it infuse for a while.
It is possible to salt with sugar; I mix salt and sugar 2:1, add freshly ground pepper, stir and baste fish pieces. |

That's what you get as a snack. |
