Samosa of phyllo pastry with feta and crab

Well, here's to the weekend. Why not offer your beloved husband a glass of fresh beer with pickled samosas?
Ingredients for samosas made of phyllo dough with feta and crab:

Filo dough

Feta
-
200 g
-
Crab meat
(approx. 200 g can)

1 can.

Chicken egg
-
2 pcs
-
Green onion
(and parsley, to your liking)

Black pepper
(to taste)

Olive oil

2 teaspoon
How to cook samosas with feta and crab step by step with photos

Mash the feta with a fork. |

Add crabmeat and mix together. |
|
Add eggs and mix. Add bell peppers and herbs and mix again. |
|
Cut a sheet of pasta (I have a round sheet 34 cm in diameter, for a total of 8 sheets of pasta) in two pieces and brush with olive oil. |

Fold the semicircle in half to make a strip. |
|
Put 1 teaspoon of stuffing |
|
Make a triangle. |
|
Line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange the triangles. Brush them with olive oil. |
|
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 20 minutes. Samosas should be golden in color.
Eat warm. |
