Ingredients for samosas made of phyllo dough with feta and crab:

  • Filo dough - 8 pcs
  • Feta - 200 g
  • Crab meat (approx. 200 g can) - 1 can.
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Green onion (and parsley, to your liking)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Olive oil - 2 teaspoon

How to cook samosas with feta and crab step by step with photos

Mash the feta with a fork.

Add crabmeat and mix together.

Add eggs and mix. Add bell peppers and herbs and mix again.

Cut a sheet of pasta (I have a round sheet 34 cm in diameter, for a total of 8 sheets of pasta) in two pieces and brush with olive oil.

Fold the semicircle in half to make a strip.

Put 1 teaspoon of stuffing

Make a triangle.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange the triangles. Brush them with olive oil.

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 20 minutes. Samosas should be golden in color. Eat warm.
