  • Bacon - 30 g

How to cook scallop in bacon step by step with photos


Take scallop out of shell, wash, dry. Marinate in soy sauce with a whisper of French herbs.

Slice bacon into thin strips.

Wrap each scallop in a strip of bacon and place in its own shell.

Bake at 230° C for 10-15 minutes until bacon turns red. Serve hot!
