Scallop in mustard marinade

Very easy to prepare, tasty and effective at the same time. It's perfect, especially for New Year's Eve with your sweethearts.
Ingredients for the scallop in mustard marinade:

Soy sauce
(TM "Kikkoman")

Scallop
(fresh or frozen)

100 g

Mayonnaise
(preferably homemade)

2 tablespoon

Mustard
(cooked spicy)

1 tablespoon
-
Wasabi
-
1/2 teaspoon
-
Onions
-
1/2 piece
-
Greens
How to cook scallop in mustard marinade step by step with photos

For the recipe we use fresh or frozen scallops. If your scallop is fresh and you know it is good, you can use it without cooking.
Let the frozen scallop thaw by itself. Slice large scallops into washers. Leave the small ones, like mine, whole.
We put them in a colander and pour boiling water over them twice. |

Prepare a marinade. We take soy sauce TM "Kikkoman", Mayonnaise (preferably homemade), wasabi and mustard, mix everything. |

Chop onions in thin half rings. |

Put scallop and chopped onions in the marinade. |
|
Gently mix and chill for 3-4 hours. |
|
Serve the scallop as a cold appetizer, decorating with greens, I have a bunch of parsley.
