Ingredients for appetizer salad "sea":

  • Shrimp (weight in boiled form) - 100 g
  • Crab Sticks - 100 g
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 1 pc
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
  • Fish roe / Caviar (I have cod roe) - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • White pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Dill - to taste
  • Crackers (optional, I have crab flavor) - to taste
  • White cabbage / Cabbage - 20 g

How to cook salad appetizer "sea" step by step with photos

Shred the cabbage finely and briefly.

Finely chop shrimp and crabsticks.

Add chopped eggs, drizzle with mayonnaise, drizzle with cod roe, pour lemon juice and season with pepper.

Stir and tweak to taste - for salt, mayonnaise, pepper.

Place in fridge for an hour. Spread on crackers and serve.
