Ingredients for the Seafood Boats:

Bell pepper

Seafood
(assortment)

Mushrooms
-
Dill
-
Vegetable oil
-
Hard cheese
-
Greens
-
Garlic
-
Red caviar
How to cook Seafood Pods step by step with photos

Wash and dry peppers. Slice into four slices.
Dissolve the cheese in a water bath. Chop greens and mix with cheese. Let cool . Add garlic, the seafood likes it:)
Thaw the seafood. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Fry each kind separately in vegetable oil. Fry all seafood for a couple of minutes on each side.
Fry mussels last. |

Garnish with seafood and red caviar on top. |
