How to cook "sealskin" step by step with photos
Rinse and boil rice and season with salt to taste. Leave it to cool .
While the rice is boiling, peel an onion and chop it into small pieces.
Fry onion in a pan in vegetable oil until it becomes transparent. Then add finely chopped crabsticks and fry a few more minutes.
Combine the rice and fried onion and crabsticks and mix well.
We take washed squid carcasses and stuff them with rice mixture and crab sticks. Add stuffing and fasten it with two toothpicks which pierce the squid carcass so that when boiled it will stick to the stuffing.
Carefully put stuffed squids into boiling salted water and boil for 5 minutes.
