Shiga sagudai

Sagudai - a dish made with fresh fish. Sagudai is prized as a good snack. Made with freshly caught fish, it's ready to eat in 10-15 minutes. I wouldn't risk eating the fish that fast, so it was left to rest for 24 hours.

How to cook whitefish sagudai step by step with photos

Rinse and peel fish well. |

Fillet the fish. Cut it into thin slices.
Dissolve salt in 1 liter of water and pour it on the fish for 20 minutes. Then drain the water and add chopped onions.
Then - pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, add a little oil. |
