  • Pancake - 2 pcs
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Shrimps (boiled) - 100 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Soy sauce (Light TM Kikkoman) - 1 tablespoon
  • Hard Cheese - to taste

How to cook batch casserole with shrimp and pancakes step by step with photos


You need thin pancakes for this dish, according to your favorite recipe;

Slice the pancakes into thin slices and put them into bowls (I have 100g each);

On the pancakes, place the onion, thinly sliced in half rings;

Then put shrimp;

Whisk eggs with soy sauce;

Pour the forms with egg mixture, sprinkle with cheese on a fine grater (not much);

Bake in the oven until golden at 200 degrees;

Serve warm or cooled and sprinkle with greens;
