  • Olive oil - 1/2 glass
  • Garlic (chopped) - 4 clove
  • chili pepper (ground) - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika (ground) - 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Shrimp (large ) - 1 1/2 kg
  • Cognac - 1 1/2 tablespoon
  • Parsley (chopped) - 1/3 glass

How to cook shrimp "double catch" step by step with photos


Toss shrimp in boiling water and bring to a boil. Then strain in a colander and let the water drain.

Peel them so that they have tails left.

Pour oil in pan, add garlic, chili and paprika. Cook for 3 minutes until fragrant.

Add shrimp and cognac. Cook over low heat for about 1 minute.

Remove from heat. Add parsley. Serve with crusty bread. Bon appetit!
