Shrimp in a crispy coat

(Teriyaki Kikkoman)

Lemon

Dough filo
(Kataifi)

How to cook shrimp in a crispy coat step by step with photos

Defrost and peel the shrimp if necessary, leaving the tails on. |

Juice the shrimp with half a lemon. |

Add Teriyaki Kikkoman marinade and season with ground pepper. Stir and leave to marinate for 20 minutes. |

Then tear off a small strip from the kataifi paste. |

Wrap the shrimp in it. Proceed the same way with the rest of the shrimp. |

Line a baking tray with baking paper, brush it with olive oil (1 tablespoon) and arrange the shrimp. Brush the shrimp in the batter with the remaining olive oil using a silicone brush. Cook in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 15 minutes until browned. |
