Ingredients for Shrimp in a crispy coat:

  • Shrimp (Argentine) - 400 g
  • Marinade sauce (Teriyaki Kikkoman) - 40 ml
  • Lemon - 1/2 Piece
  • Black pepper (ground) - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dough filo (Kataifi) - 200 g
  • Olive oil - 50 ml

How to cook shrimp in a crispy coat step by step with photos

Defrost and peel the shrimp if necessary, leaving the tails on.

Juice the shrimp with half a lemon.

Add Teriyaki Kikkoman marinade and season with ground pepper. Stir and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Then tear off a small strip from the kataifi paste.

Wrap the shrimp in it. Proceed the same way with the rest of the shrimp.

Line a baking tray with baking paper, brush it with olive oil (1 tablespoon) and arrange the shrimp. Brush the shrimp in the batter with the remaining olive oil using a silicone brush. Cook in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 15 minutes until browned.
