How to cook bacon-wrapped shrimp with tomatoes step by step with photos
Peel the shrimp and leave the tail (optional). Make a slit in the back and pull out the darker stripe of entrails.
Marinate the shrimp in a mixture of oyster sauce, lemon juice and paprika for 20-30 minutes. |
Wrap each shrimp in a strip of bacon (you can cut the strip lengthwise, I tried it both ways).
Using a little olive oil, fry the shrimp over medium heat for 1.5 to 2 minutes on each side. |
Drain shrimp on a lined paper towel. In the same pan, place garlic clove, cherry tomatoes cut in half and remaining marinade from shrimp. Broil for half a minute. |
