Shrimp in garlic lemon sauce

Shrimp appetizer. I came up with the idea myself, but I recently saw something similar in a magazine... Very simple, but delicious dish.
Ingredients for shrimp in garlic lemon sauce:

Shrimp

Butter

3 tablespoon

Lemon juice

3 tablespoon

Garlic
-
2 clove
-
Parsley
(can be mixed with cilantro)

How to cook shrimp in garlic lemon sauce step by step with photos

If shrimp are raw, boil them in salted water. If boiled-frozen (mine are frozen), thaw them out. I put them in boiling water for a few minutes. |

Peel the shrimp from the shell. Peel the garlic, cut it into strips, heat the oil in a pan and simmer the garlic over low heat. |

Squeeze out the juice of the lemon. |
|
Take garlic out of oil, mix garlic oil and lemon juice. Pour over the shrimp. Sprinkle with finely chopped greens, mix well. All starters are ready! |
