Shrimp appetizer. I came up with the idea myself, but I recently saw something similar in a magazine... Very simple, but delicious dish.

Ingredients for shrimp in garlic lemon sauce:


  • Shrimp - 500 g
  • Butter - 3 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 3 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Parsley (can be mixed with cilantro)
  • Salt

How to cook shrimp in garlic lemon sauce step by step with photos


If shrimp are raw, boil them in salted water. If boiled-frozen (mine are frozen), thaw them out. I put them in boiling water for a few minutes.

Peel the shrimp from the shell. Peel the garlic, cut it into strips, heat the oil in a pan and simmer the garlic over low heat.

Squeeze out the juice of the lemon.

Take garlic out of oil, mix garlic oil and lemon juice. Pour over the shrimp. Sprinkle with finely chopped greens, mix well. All starters are ready!
