  • Shrimp (large) - 200 g
  • Broccoli - 100 g
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Sweet paprika - 0\5 teaspoon

How to cook shrimp kebabs with broccoli step by step with photos


Products.

Make dressing. Mix oil, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar and paprika. Stir to mix .

Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Add shrimp.

Add shrimp.

Pour dressing over it. Stir.

Place shrimp and broccoli on skewers. Place on baking tray lined with parchment and lightly oiled. Bake at 180°C for 5-7 minutes.
