Ingredients for shrimp mousse in salmon:

  • Salmon (lightly salted) - 100 g
  • Shrimp (cocktail) - 70-100 g
  • Cream cheese (paste) - 70 g
  • Dill (greens only) - 1 pouch.
  • Soy sauce (5-7 drops)

How to cook shrimp mousse in salmon step by step with photos

Place shrimp in a bowl (leave a few for decoration), chop dill with a blender. The amount of dill can be changed to taste (or omitted altogether)

In a bowl mix the stuffing and cream cheese, soy sauce (do not put a lot of it, otherwise it will be salty)

Slice the lightly salted salmon filet with a sharp knife into very thin strips (I had the tail part, as it turned out). Line the bottom of the mold with the fish

Place shrimp mousse in the center of the mold and wrap with the salmon slices. Place in fridge for 30 minutes.

Before serving, invert onto another plate. Garnish with shrimps. Very, very tasty. Bon appetit!
