- Puff Pastry
- Soft cheese
- Cream (33%)
- Vegetable oil
How to cook shrimp in bags step by step with photos
Defrost pre-cooked puff pastry, roll out and make circles with a large glass.
Roll out the disc (so that it doubles in size) and arrange on it the prawns, previously soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Put a spoonful of the cheese mixture on top (I used "Philly"), cream, butter. oil and spices (I had salt, pepper, paprika, tanturi, dried basil and thyme).
Carefully gather all the edges and make a pouch (you can tie it with a green onion).
Grease with egg yolk or milk.
Put in oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
