  • Shrimp (raw) - 300 g
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Ginger - 3 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoon
  • Lemon - 1/2 Piece
  • Thyme - 3 pcs

The shrimp don't need to be defrosted, just rinse out quickly with cold water. Make a cut on the back of each shrimp so it's easy to remove the veins and the sauce will soak in more quickly. I do it with a pair of scissors with sharp tips, or with a knife, whichever is more convenient.

Put the shrimp cut side down in the cool Zepter dish. Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, grated ginger and garlic and pour over the shrimp. Top with a squeeze of lemon zest for flavor, and a sprig of thyme. If you like it spicy, you can add chili powder. Cover and leave to marinate for 30 minutes

Put pot on medium heat until an arrow points to the middle of the green spot on the control, then remove it and let it rest for another 5 to 10 minutes
