  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Ginger - 3 g
  • Cilantro - 1/2 bunch.
  • Sauce (hot chili) - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce (Kikkoman) - 2 tablespoon
  • Honey (liquid) - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon - 1/2 Piece
  • Shrimp (tiger) - 20 units
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon

How to cook shrimp with lemon and chili step by step with photos


Ingredients.

1. Peel shrimp and remove dorsal vein.

2. Finely chop the cilantro, finely chop the garlic and ginger, squeeze the juice of the lemon.

3. For the marinade mix the garlic, ginger, coriander, chili sauce, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice. Pour the marinade over the shrimp and leave in the refrigerator for an hour.
